How do we charge for full container freight? Our freight charge is based on per container basis, port to port only. Additional surcharge may apply for container with special requirement. Please enquire for quote rate & trucking.
What special configuration is available for full cargo shipping? Standard General Container of size 20 footer, 40 footer. Followed by the categories under Project cargo shipping, ISO tank, Reefers, Flatbed, Highcubes, Heavy-duty Heavyweight containers, Foodgrade Containers, Grade A Containers, DG loading Containers, Highcube Containers, Out of Gauge, Open Top containers.
What is the difference between Container Demurrage, Container Detention, Container Store rent? Container Demurrage and Container Detention are both billed by ocean carrier for excessive withhold of container , while Container store rent is by the relevant port authority for late removal from port. Demurrage is charged from the date of discharged from vessel, while detention is from date of removal of port. For some carriers, Demurrage and Detention starts from the same date according to their Terms and Condition. So for the best shipping rates, let us get you the best deals.
How do we calculate your loose cargo freight cost?Our charge is based on greater of either Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight. Please enquire for quote rate.
How to calculate Volumetric Weight?Length x Breadth x Height x Number of units. All measurements are in metres. Warehouse will verify weight upon receiving shipment. Exception in computation may apply in certain countries.

Do we accept long height or overweight loose cargo? Yes, we do accept such long length/ overweight loose cargo subjected to carrier space availability. Please check with our operators on whether can your shipment be accepted.
What is required for Class cargo acceptance? Ocean carriers would require Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) prior to accepting such shipment. Please provide us a copy of MSDS in advance to perform our due diligence with carriers. Refer to MSDS section 14, "Transport Information" to learn more on your cargo classification.
Do we accept personal effects? Unfortunately, we do not ship personal effects for ocean freight

Do we accept long height or overweight loose cargo? Yes, we do accept such overlength/ overweight loose cargo subjected to carrier space availability. Generally for passenger flight cargo loading, max height is 2.00 metres, max length & width is 2.20 metres. Freighter plane loading can accept larger dimension buffer. Please check with our operators on whether can your shipment be accepted.
What shipment is under restricted conditional loading? Products with Batteries, Magnetic Fields, Dangerous Goods Class cargo. Please provide Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and pictures of cargo prior to shipping such shipment.
What type shipment that we do not accept? Refrigerated air cargo, fresh product, Live stock & animals, explosives

What services do we provide?
Full Container Trucking Complete Full Container trucking from Warehouse to sea port and vice versus, empty container returning to container depot, Direct shipment loading & unloading, Project cargo trucking
Ocean LCL & Air Freight Delivery Tailgate loading/offloading, Last mile delivery, complete pickup and delivery between terminals and warehouse.
What is the average lead time?
Full Container Trucking Typical Trucking of container is 2-3 working days after vessel arrival to Port. Date of delivery is subjected to port conditions and container location onboard the vessel. If Container is located deeper within the container ship, more lead time is require before container is offloaded into port.
Ocean LCL Delivery Typical delivery of shipment is 3-7 working days after vessel arrival to Port. Date of delivery is subjected to port conditions and cargo placement in container location.
Air Freight Delivery Typical delivery of shipment is 1-2 working days after Flight arrival to Terminal. Date of delivery is subjected to Terminal conditions.
Warehouse
Is there a minimum storage period Minimum storage is 2 week, on per week per unit stored.
Do we accept long height or overweight cargo? Yes, we do accept such overlength/ overweight cargo subjected to space availability.
Coldstore temperature range Freezer Storage at -25°C , Chiller storage at 2°C to 6°C, Aircon Storage 18°C to 22°C.
